By engaging rankwise ai for marketing services, the client agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this document. rankwise ai reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice to clients. rankwise ai operates under AI FUND PARTNERS PTY LTD ABN 58 683 814 646, with its registered office located in Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
2. Scope of Services
rankwise ai specialises in the provision of marketing services, focusing on SEO / keyword optimisation for online search rankings.
Our service includes:
- Creation of high-quality backlinks tailored to each keyword, ensuring placement on authoritative domains.
- Monthly reporting, detailing:
- Domain Rating (DR) and URL Rating (UR) metrics
- Backlink data and keyword ranking improvements
- A comprehensive list of all backlinks created
3. Contract Terms
- No lock-in contracts: The service is offered on a month-to-month basis.
- Cancellation policy: Clients may cancel their service at any time by notifying their account manager via email.
- Backlink retention: Backlinks created during the subscription will not be removed upon cancellation. These links remain intact and continue benefiting the client post-service.
4. Reporting and Deliverables
rankwise ai will provide detailed monthly reports to clients, ensuring full transparency of the work performed. Reports include:
- All backlinks created, along with the domains where they are published
- Changes in Domain Rating (DR), URL Rating (UR), and keyword rankings
5. Pricing and Payments
- rankwise ai does not publicly advertise pricing, as it may vary over time.
- Clients agree to the product and price outlined in the payment link provided during engagement.
- By paying the initial setup fee and subscription, clients acknowledge their agreement to these terms and the ongoing subscription as detailed. This payment forms a binding agreement between the client and rankwise ai.
6. Content and Backlink Policies
- Backlinks will be created using a "drip feed" method, adhering to SEO best practices.
- All backlinks are designed to be permanent; however, rankwise ai is not liable for any removals by third-party websites.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate website and business information necessary for keyword optimisation and campaign setup. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect deliverables.
8. Limitation of Liability
While rankwise ai strives to achieve measurable results, we do not guarantee specific improvements in rankings or traffic. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service period in question.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
10. Termination of Service
Clients may terminate the service at any time by providing written notice via email to their account manager. No additional charges will apply after the termination date, and services will cease immediately following the end of the paid period.
11. Confidentiality
rankwise ai will maintain the confidentiality of client data and information provided during the course of the engagement. We will not share or disclose this information without the client’s express consent.
